The hotel staff, including Ms. Sakshi, Mr Pramod, Mr Chirag, and Mr Sanjeev, truly stood out during a challenging time when my daughter fell ill. They ensured she got to the hospital immediately, brought back her medicine, and even catered to her dietary needs. It's comforting to know that a team can look after our family so well, eliminating the stressful thought of my needing to fly back from Mumbai. The hotel itself has spacious suites and a friendly atmosphere, perfect for family stays. Though we were unfortunate not to receive our packed breakfast when we needed it, I must commend the quick staff responses. The location near the main road makes for easy access to local attractions, and we appreciated the good security. JM Vistaraa offers amenities that cater well to families, including the lively entertainment environment and various dining options. A solid choice for your family getaway.
